saxon mortgage bank of america,countrywide bank they have forclosed on my home without even trying to help me without even letting me know and now im fighting to keep my family in our home and get my mortgage back fort worth , Texas
a few years ago my family bought us a house my mortgage started with one bank then we were transfered to bank of america
3 years ago my husband was laid off from work.we fell behind on our payments.at that time we were threw bank of america.i called them and asked them for help to fix my payments.they raised the payments very high.i needed a extra week to get the money in my account.they refused.so of course i wasnt able to get my payments back on track and they stopped billing me so i couldnt even pay the current payments due.i never heard anything else from them.
then i find out they transfered my account to saxon mortgage.i received a packet of papers threw the mail about a loan modification.i thought wow ok finnally someone wants to help me.but no.i sent them back.i had not heard anything from them until a real estate agent showed up at my door.on friday i found a note on my door so i called this guy.he tells me that saxon mortgage has forclosed on my home and that if i have anything left in my house theyll think i abandonded it.yes there are things in my house i live here and no i have not abandoned it.i was pretty sure i had to be notified or they had to attempt to fix my mortgage before they did that.i guess i was wrong.
i can not tell my family this has happened.my family will disown me.and i can not loose my family.i have small children and nowhere else to go.my home may not be great or huge but it is my home and my childrens home.i would appriciate any help i can get to not be forced onto the street with my children.i dont know what to do or where to go or who to ask for help.or even if there is any help.i am litterally physically ill over this.i can not eat my nerves are shot and im scared to death im going to be forced out onto the street.if someone can help me they would have no idea how much that would mean to me.it would mean i wouldnt have to move i wouldnt have to tell my family what happened and they wouldnt hate me and disown me.

The thought of contacting them to bring the account current never occurred to you? I don't understand why you posted a Ripoff Report on a loan you failed to pay. Get those boxes together and start packing.

The bank cannot throw you out of your house. Only a Judge can have you evicted from your house. The legal system is backed up with thousands upon thousands of cases, and many people have been living in their homes for years without paying their mortgage.
Try contacting all of your Local T.V. stations and get in touch with their Investigative Reporters. Maybe one of them will help you. You can 'Google' this- 9WANTS TO KNOW STARTS WEEK-LONG PUSH TO HELP HOMEOWNERS, and watch that video on the web to see how one News station helped people in the Denver metro area.
Then 'Google' this- BOSTON GROUP HELPS HOMEOWNERS 'STAND UP, FIGHT BACK' AGAINST, and watch that video and read the article for more information about how you can save your home.
Unfortunately, the banking cartel controls the U.S. Government and that is why so many people are losing their homes and not getting the help that they were promised by the current administration.

what you describe is typical of forclosure and happens when you dont pay the mortgage. the banks dont care if you lost your job , got cancer, half died or even died, they want their money and thats it.
the banks dont care if you will be in the street, in a shelter or dog house all they care about is their money thats it.
i suggest you start looing for somewhere you can move to that you can afford or go out and get a job to pay back the mortgage.
eventually they are coming with the sherriff to escort you out of the home and move your stuff to the street if you fail to pay.
