Saxon Mortgage Ripoff interest rate went up 3 points instead of two points mortgage payment jumped 250.00 FT Worth Texas
saxon bought out first franklin and our mortgage went to them.
we were told that our interest rate will go up only 2 points and when we were notified of the increase of our mortgage it went up 3 points. that was an increase of 260.00 on our mortgage payment. I contacted them to refi and they told me that they cannot help because they have lost their license in the state of pa. Now we are having trouble finding someone to help us refi our mortgage thanks to saxon.
