Complaint Review: Saxon Mortgage Services - AMERICA'S MONEYLINE - MERITECH MORTGAGE

Saxon Mortgage start saying that we didn't have insurance on our house in June 2005. Untrue. We faxed and mailed over the proof. Still, they were charging us the extra $200 per month.

We again faxed and mailed proof. They promised it was taken care of. In November 2005, they started again. They held our November payment, send back our December payment, and wouldn't let us pay Janurary and February.

Our house is now under foreclosure to be sold on March 7th because of this. We've had insurance all along and they even admitted they have the proof.

I've contacted a lawyer, the BBB, the FTC, the state govener, our insurance agent, Saxon Mortgage, all Austin news stations, and just various other people. I WILL NOT lose my house because of their negligence.
