Complaint Review: Saxon Mortgage Services Inc.

Subprime mortgage was assigned to predatory lender Saxon who fraudulently initiated FEMA Rate Map flood zone change from not required as identified by local government and initial mortgage property description record to highest classification for rip off by Saxon insurance arm.

Saxon unilaterally and illegally requested subprime to churn FEMA records with LOMA change within 5 days from Saxon's "wrongful non-existent map identification and flood classification" while billing subprime an unwarranted inflated premium with escrow insurance charge, late fees from unaccepted correct payments, and unwarranted property inspections fees.

Saxon's Texas and Virginia corporate locations allowed difficulties to evolve to point of possible foreclosure, etc. with refinancing difficulties and expense.
