Adam Cohen president of Saxon Spencer Capital and Saxon Capital has be fradulently stating he is a commercial lender in fact he is only a broker posing as a lender. He request depsoita as high as $25K and claims its for thrird party due diligence but in fact he never sends funds to anyone and pockets it for personal use. I gave him money for appraisal and he never sent any funds for appraisal and gave excuses for 2 months why to apprasial was order.  After I claim to report him, he said he would retun money but never did.

 

This is a scam.

Asking for money upfront is an OBVIOUS DEAD GIVEAWAY it's an advance fee loan scam! Everybody knows this except the current mindless generation.
