saxton stanley asphalt paving claimed to be able to asphalt commercial drive for $4,000.00 when the work was completed presented me with A bill for $12,000.00 clarkston Michigan
had a young guy approx 40 ish aproach and said he had extra
asphalt and wanted to know if i wanted drive paved
he was told that i would only pay $4,000.00 maximum
and was told by him that yes he could do that . the company
came in and paved the driveway from the road to approx. 3/4 the way up
the drive (vertacly) and pointed from the road up "this is what $4,000.00
will get" do you want me to pave the other half? well yes i wanted the
other half done. so after the drive was completed i was presented
a bill for $12,000.00.the person (saxton stanley) took the check to
my bank and cashed it before the ink was dry
