SBC Communications ripoff Detroit Michigan
Communications giant SBC caused out family unbelieveable grief when they "mistakenly" grabbed THREE payments from our bank account instead of one. This resulted in checks bouncing, extra bank charges and, eventually, a bank overdraft. My wife and I had NO MONEY for food or medicine (I am a heart patient) for over two weeks while SBC "investigated" the problem. They admitted fault, but still have not corrected the problem.
