SBC - OAN Services ripoff scams ripoff artists Northridge California
I opened my SBC bill this month, on the last page there is a company called OAN Services, Inc. They are billing me for USA Voicemail service for $20.55 a month. I never authorized them to do this. I tried calling the 800#, which there was no answer. How can they get away with this?
