SBO Online Billed for service not requested...it is now happening in Colorado Los Angeles California
After receiving my Qwest online invoice, I noticed that my bill was higher than normal. I found that I was charged $15.25 for an "SBO Survival Kit", (whatever that is)!
I contacted the ESBI whose number I found on my invoice and inquired about the additional charge. I was told that I must have taken some IQ test, or something, online and that the $15.25 charge was the rate for my "trial period".
I have never downloaded such things on my work computer, and feel that this is an outright scam on the part of SBO Online. (This fact is even more evident now that I've seen the numerous complaints on the Ripoff Report).
I was told that I would not receive a refund of my $15.25 charge as I "had signed up", but that my membership would be cancelled.
We will see...I have my doubts!
