These people are from long island new york and moved to florida. They rent a few properties and tell you, you don't need a lease; my stupidity for believing them. After I renovated a commercial property I rented from them they evicted me for no reason. My rent was paid and the store was immaculate and they still took me to court and lied. Do not rent from these people. They also kill animals by whacking them into a wall in a burlap sack. They have a pet store next to canine design. Don't buy from them and don't rent from them.
THEY ARE RIPOFFS. HEY ALSO HAVE DON'T GIVE A RATS A** ABOUT THE ADA DISABILITIES ACT. THEY HAVE A HANDICAPPED PARKING PLACE ABOUT 100 FT FROM THE BUILDING AND SAVE THE FRONT PARKING FOR THEIR STORE. TOTAL RIP OFFS BACK AWAY. SAVE MONEY AND AGGRAVATIION
