SCALP-MED SCALP_MED RIPOFF THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVER FULL OF DESEPTION Internet

Scalp-med is totally a waste of hard earned money called to cancel and not only did they not honor monryback guarantee but sent another two month supply and billed my credit card over 160.00 when i called agian they said they could not take it back and willnot refund anything to me. After that they told me I should use the product for atleast 6 months. So not only is the guarantee false but they want you to keep useing product so they can milk you out of more money for somthing that does not work.They robbed me without a gun.

Spoke to other people who tried scalp-med and herd more horror stories about this company and there product. If you beleive that this product works I have a bridge Im looking to sell!!! Customer service is very nasty when you have a complaint. But if your ording than they are pleasent. Spoke to a customer service superviser named COOKIE very nasty.PEOPLE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GET BEAT OUT OF YOUR MONEY. Give the money to charity at least it wont be wasted.

I am very sorry that you have had an unpleasant experience. In order to receive a full refund, please call our customer service department and obtain a Credit Return Authorization number. Completely empty and then return all bottles received in the package. Per our agreement, we request that your return is completed within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. After cancelling, you are still required to pay for the previously scheduled shipment you received which is why you were charged for an additional two months.
