BirdEye Scam! Beware of company reps Shane Rochester and Jason Balakier taking money for promises they can't keep. BirdEye claimed they could help us get reviews and kept promising they could make a url work with their email system but in the end they could not do it so they promised to refund the money. Never got refund. Multiple attempts to call and email and NO response. Jason Balakier is very rude and Shane Rochester straight up lies to customers with no problem.

Shane refunded the money finally. After several more emails of pleading to please refund, he finally realized that i was not going away so he decided to refund. Didn't actually receive the refund till today. This case is closed.
