I am in disbelief a company like this is out there. They refuse to sell me a window that I need. I purchased a home in a brand new community where all the homes have champion windows installed. They won't sell me the window, the parts, or anything. They also told me if they decided to sell a part to me that they would have to install it. What kind of company is this? I am also reporting my experience to the BBB. If you have Champion Windows watch out, SCAM ALERT!!!
