 SCAM Fun Faces & Happy Times BAD REVIEW funfacesandhappytimes.com We hired Lisa's company 1 month before my son's birthday. She confirmed she would setup the day before but she was nowhere to be found. We finally got her on the phone and she was very drunk and rude. We begged her to honor the contract and she said she would come later. The next day, she finally arrived to setup but she was in no condition to be around children. Smoking and cursing. The party was a disaster.

I agree with all that I read here. The same situation happened to me too. He is a liar and does not render a good service. Buyer beware.

The owner of this business does not know, nor has ever done business with the complainant from Las Angeles, CA or anyone else in California.  The owner has only done business in her state of residency, which is no where near California.  

Regarding birthday parties, the owner has never set up for parties the day before, because most families rent parties rooms for only a few hours.  Set up occurs 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the performance.  The owner does not drink alcohol, has never been drunk, has never smoked and certainly does not curse at parties, as this would be detrimental not only to the owner's reputation, but also to the art of clowning. The owner follows the clown ethics as dictated by the World Clown Association.  

The owner conducts this business part time, on the side for fun, to bring joy to families in the local community and promote the art of clowning.  The owner makes every effort to act professionally at all events.

After each event, the owner sends out a thank you letter and survey to the customer.  The owner welcomes any positive feedback and suggestions for improvement via said survey.  The owner has received many numerous positive responses from satisfied customers.  The few suggestions for impovement that the owner has received, have been taken seriously to improve the owner's skills and performance.  The owner has had many rebookings and referrals via word of mouth from satisfied cusomers.  The owner makes every effort to act professionally at every event.
