Complaint Review: Marketing Response Solutions

Marketing Response Solutions, MRSDirect.com failed to fulfill their commitment to provide payment for services rendered for a search engine marketing project performed by our firm. Our company expended considerable time and resources, including 3rd party licensing expenses, while working towards the efforts of Marketing Response Solutions to establish a strategy for their online marketing initiatives.

Professional services provided without compensation included an extensive search marketing strategy focused upon the mobile marketing / text marketing / cell phone marketing industry. Luckily, we did receive an initial payment to begin the project, but failed to receive additional compensation for the contracted amount. Upon delivering the agreed upon final deliverable, we were unable to collect payment for services rendered.

The communicated quality of our services rendered by the client, received glowing acceptance at the time of delivery. Collecting the remaining amount for services provided, consistently met unfounded excuses, double-talk and lack of fulfillment.
