I went in to buy a car from Neals Dodge. I informed them that I wanted to keep my payments at a certain amount. After hours of waiting and dealing they were able to come up with that amount. I was tired and wanted to go home. Finally the deal was done. They had the paperwork all done, all I had to do was sign. The way all the paperwork was laid out I was told to sign here and here. I was always told to read everything before you sign it but I went ahead and signed anyways. After I got home I realized there was $4000 in options that was never offered or explained to me. Things on there like a anti-theft device for $200 that Neals told me they owed to me. Life insurance and other things I would have never gotten. The way they had written it was also decieving. I was going to buy an alarm at a later time with keyless entry paying cash for it but also realized it was on my contract to where I had to put more money down and end up financing. When I called the next day they said "you signed the contract". I informed them I was going to stop payment on my check and they threatened to sue me. My payments went from being where I wanted them to be up over $80. Then they sent me cookies. What a joke.
