SCAMMED RIP OFF BY DR. SUSAN SACHAR, united probiotics, Sept 1,201, I was scammed by Dr Susan Schar deceptive advertisement of Probiotics from unitedprobiotics, sold products they did not have. I ordered and paid by September 2, 2017 they never revealed they did not have the product in stock for my order #135970715. Its presume they advertise to collect people money, then try to get the product. I continued to complain for 5 months to support@unitedprobiotics.com with no luck. Finally January refund request #135970715 to my surprise they claimed the shipped with tracking no to an address with front desk after nearly 6 months which was not my address. They promised me when the item arrived they would email me, they did not. I want a refund of $95.00 I checked usps and the weight of 1 oz reported on the tracking number does not equate to the possible weight of my order. Don't buy from United Probiotics, SCAM PRODUCTS, you will be waiting for months, capsules stuff with sugar granules.
DATE CORRECTION RIP OFF BY DR. SUSAN SACHAR, United Probiotics, August 30, 2017, received email confirmation Sept 1,2017, I was scammed by Dr Susan Schar deceptive advertisement of Probiotics from united-probiotics, sold products they did not have. My payment cleared September 1, 2017. They never revealed they did not have the product in stock for my order #135970715. Its presumed they advertise to collect peoples money, then try to get the product they claim is not yet made, its 1-2 months to be made fresh. Each week I complained for 5 months, then Jan. 2018 Sofia claimed they shipped December 2017 to an address which was not mine. According to USPS TRACKING number was to an evelope weighting 1 oz, my order approximate weight would be 14 oz plus packaging.
My friend's order arrived 6 months later stuffed with sugar, these scammers must be stopped, 1 bottle was so heavy.
SUSAN SACHAR, United Probiotics, and Sofia and all the bunch of you scammers, you got CAUGHT!!!!
REFUND MY MONEY my next letter and complaint is to IRS and OCDC, DOJ Fraud, Cyber fraud.
