Complaint Review: Scan-Pot

Scan-Pot is a disgraceful company that still ships into the US. They paid an illegal worker undeneath the table in the US. Failed to provide worker's compensation insurance and benefits to certain employees. Have participated in unfair trade by pressuring Spang (German manufacturer of terracotta) to control their pricing so SP can monopolize from German terracotta within the US. Failed to have a business license when they operated in OH. Paid their employees as 1099 vendors so they didn't have to pay taxes. Defamed African-Americans.

Threatened an employee if he went to an attorney. It is a shame that Scan-Pot has not been punished for their wrong doing.
