Scana Energy will not schedule a timely reconnect after receiving payment IS ALL THEY WANT YOUR $$!! I understand that my mistake caused a disconnect BUT I am an over 13 year customer with an excellent payment history IS RIDICULOUSNESS -PATHETIC that a Company can't re-connect a service with it 24hrs BUT A WEEK!!! really... is like they only 5 techs working for the whole state "company" I'm done with SCANA HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I apologize your service was disconnected.  Atlanta Gas Light Company (AGL) owns the distribution system and metering equipment to provide your natural gas service.  You will notice  their charges on your monthly SCANA Energy statement as AGL Pass Through Charges.

All marketers use AGL's scheduling system to process service requests.  I will be glad to review your account, if you will forward a phone number where I may contact you, or if you have a Twitter account you may follow us on Twitter, @scanaenergy, and DM a phone number for us to contact you.
