Good morning or good afternoon to You!
How is your day today in sunny Scarborough, Ontario Canada and/or wherever elses You are in the World?
My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the Fact that I suffered and experienced Some Extreme Discrimination, Bigotry And Prejudice First (1st) Coming from One (1) Of Your Nurses Today on Thursday, July 11th, 2024 at approximately 11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Time Range for just sitting with my Confused Mother In Her Room who is in here for a Congestive Heart Failure who is also experiencing some form of Mental Illness and/or Bi-Polar Disorder and/or Manic Depression!
This Strange Female Nurse Comes Into My Mother's Room And Falsely Tells ME That I Am Not Allowed To Take Pictures And/Or Make Videos Of My Mother And Myself When I Have Been Making Videos Of Both My Mother And Myself For Years, Including In Her Hospital Room And At The Nursing Home Where She Stays And Nobody Else Has Ever Been In The Videos, But Us!

In Addition: I Noticed A Very Strange, Unauthorized Sign Posted On The Wall In Which My Disturbed Sister, Lorraine Must Have Written And Put Up Since It Looked Like Her Handwriting Which Falsely Stated No Videos Or Pictures Allowed And The Sign Was Not Directed To Anyone In Particular!
This Has Got To Be One (1) Of The Most Strangest Things That I Saw In Her Room And Since This Was Not A Hospital Rule, Nor Sign, I Took It Down! Obviously!
Moving Right Along: Your Stupid, Female Nurse Who Only Has A Medical Education and NO Human Education, Obviously Caused An Argument With ME, By Falsely Telling ME That My Mother Said She Does Not Want Her Family Members To Take Pictures Or Film Her When Her Close Friend For Over (20) Years, Annie Wachter Has Come Inside Of This Room And Has Taken Pictures Of My Mother With Her Oxygen Mask On And Sent Them To ME On Whatsapp!
How Come That Is Okay, But It Is Not Okay For ME To Film My Mother And I?

Then Your Irate Nurse Who Does Not Know How To Deal With Family Members, Nor The Public Properly Brings In Some Female Social Worker Who Just Stood There And Said Nothing!

Then Your Idiotic, Female Nurse Brings In Your Stupid Male Security Guard! First (1st) One (1) Of Them Comes In And Then There Are Like Two (2) Or Three (3) More Guards Waiting Just Outside Of Her Room!

One (1) Of Your Male Security Guards Tells ME That Nobody Is Allowed To Film, Nor Take Pictures Of Any Patients And This Complete Idiot Falsely States That This Is Written In The Hospital Rules, Policies And Procedures And Directs ME To The SHN.CA Website To Find Out Those Rules!
Sadly, Your Male Security Guard Has Purposely And Deliberately Failed To Show ME Where The Rules Are Posted On The Website Since Your Rules Are Clearly Not Published And He Was NOT Even Educated Enough To Show ME Where The Rules Are Posted On Your Website!

Moving Right Along: I mentioned to your Male Security Guard that I will be Filing Complaints About Your And Your Staff Regarding Your Low Class, Irate, Dishonest Behaviour Towards The Patient's Guests and/or Family Members and then I left the Room Shortly After!
As Soon As I Had Left The Room, I Could Hear One (1) Of Your Staff Members Saying To The Guard To Please Let Us Know If He (Meaning ME, Howard Paul Shore, Mrs. Helene Shore's Son) Comes Back!
Please Note: I was treated like I was a Terrorist Or Something!
You Don't Even Trust Your Patient's Family Members Or Friends!

I am Overall Very Angry, Upset And Pissed Off Over The Mistreatment, Verbal Abuse, Harassment, Humiliation And Lies That I Had Just Experienced From One (1) Of Your Female Nurses And At Least One (1) Of Your Male Security Guards Inside My Mother's Room Which Is At: (Floor #3D Room #3403 Bed #2) which would Never Happen If I Were Back Home In The United States that it has been Highly Recommended that I send You Out This Letter Of Very Serious Complaint to let YOU know what had happened and the Fact that I am Not Happy and Do Not Feel Comfortable Coming Back Any Longer To Visit My 93 Year Old Mother!
Sadly, To Make Matters Worst, I Do Not Even Live In Canada And Am Flying Back To Los Angeles, California This Coming Saturday, July 13th, 2024!
