I worked with Chris Billig and he did not pay unpaid wage, $20,000. He owed over $100,000 to artists.
He used the freelancers as a fulltime to take advantages, tax, paying insurances. He does not have a moral and ethical for running a business.
And he does not have any talents for a creative director. He just manipulated artists and did a fraud business.
