i had called about a discount drug program to furnish my meds and i had sent them 80.00 to join the advocates of scbn.i did not sign any contract nor seen a contract, they just told me they will send out a packet for me to fill out and send back to them. i felt something wrong and i called them back and told them i wanted a refund of all money sent. they told me to just send back my packet /i did so. now they tell me they will not refund my money. they told me that i will not ever se a refund becouse thats there policy/to take peaples money i guess.i can not get them on the phone any more they refuse to take any more of my calls.

You signed up for our advocacy services and we mailed you the new member kit along with your discount card. It is unfortunate that you chose to cancel in your first 30 days. Select Care allows any member to cancel during this time if they return the kit, but no refund is available as advocacy services have already begun in good faith. We are still committed to helping you procur your medications and if you want to take advantage of what you signed up for originally then we are pleased to help.



We are certainly happy to offer you a free month of membership so that you can get the medications. We are confident that in this time period of using your membership, you will not only receive your medications but also be very happy with our ability to assist you in receiving your medications.
