SCBN told me that if i canceled within 30 days of joining i would get a full refund. I canceled in 1 business day.  I returned their packet by certified mail and received a letter from them today saying I was not getting any money back. They are keeping my money that i paid for medicine in which i am not going to recieve. That is stealing in my book.

The best way to save on perscriptions is not to do business with SCBN/FMR.

I am now getting my meds direct from the manfacturer, too bad I got ripped of in a scam first!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have spent some time going over your case with our Advocate Team, and I think that you will find the resolution to meet your expectations.

You signed up for our advocacy services and we mailed you the new member kit along with your discount card. It is unfortunate that you chose to cancel in your first 30 days. Select Care allows any member to cancel during this time if they return the kit, but no refund is available as advocacy services have already begun in good faith. We are still committed to helping you procur your medications and if you want to take advantage of what you signed up for originally then we are pleased to help.

We are certainly happy to offer you a free month of membership so that you can get the medications. We are confident that in this time period of using your membership, you will not only receive your medications but also be very happy with our ability to assist you in receiving your medications. Please contact me at 512-406-5057 so that we can get things started.

Sincerely,
