My daughter has no insurance and was prescribed a medication that costs anywhere from $631.00 to 840.00 for a 30 day supply.  I tried to contact the drug manufacturer to see if I could get her some help.  The page for SCBN came up.  I called them and they were very interested to help.  Numerous information was obtained via phone and also I was told that I had to pay $50 to enroll and $30 for the first month's medication.  I would then be charged $30 every month and she would receive a 90 day supply.

I received the packet in the mail and after reading it, we were unable to supply the multitude of information they requested.  I called them and requested the program be cancelled.  I received a very long recorded call from Brad after I received the packet, telling all about the program and all that had to be done to "see if" she would be eligible.

I wrote them an e-mail of cancellation, on August 17th, from this program.  I was called and told I had to return the original packet and a letter of cancellation.  I did that by certified mail on August 18th.  The package was signed as received on August 24th.  I wrote them again on September 3rd requesting they refund my $80 since I had cancelled the program.

I received a call from Ashley, on September 1st to return her call.  On September 3rd, I returned the call and had to leave my name and phone number for her to return my call, which she did today, September 4th.  She told me they had not received any packet or letter of registration and I needed to either fax or e-mail her a copy of the receipt.

Today I copied the receipt, signed by them and returned to me, copied the letters I had written to them and attempted several times to e-mail them to them at the e-mail address she gave me.  All have been returned  that they could not be delivered.

If you go to the Select Care Benefits, there is a different PO Pox, different Phone number and Zip code.
