I started this job like everyone else that has gone through this. I answered an ad looking for "Non-serious people looking for serious money. Paid Training for an entry-level management position." I was like cool. I need a job and why the h*** not. SO I called them. ED from the Elmhurst office answered the phone he was like "What's going on?" I was like, "nothing much I saw your ad in the Chicago Tribune and I was wondering if I could get an interview. He asked me if I was "REALLY REALLY REALLY, intrested in making some serious money, I was like YEAH!!! He was like okay can you be here on Wednesday (that was May 11, 2005) at noon. So, I grabbed a car and came in. I met that Wednesday Rob and Ricki, who seemed totally cool. I went into the interview not knowing a d**n thing. My interview was with Ed, it lasted about 10 minutes and he asked me questions like "What nicknames do I go by?" "How long have I lived in the midwest?" "What makes me unique?" "How would I deal with an employee who couldn't get along with someone they were working with?" I answered them truthfully. That is when I found out that I might be getting a call between 5 and 6 that night. I was so excited I ran home and told my parents and my boyfriend. Everyone was so excited for me. I got a phone call from Rob at 505 telling me that I received a "2nd interview". That night I made plans to get up to the office, and Thursday I was there. In a room full of 30 people we were given a lecture for nearly 3 hours with no "REAL" idea on what was going on. At the end of the day, they told 20 of us to come in on Monday in front of everyone with no real class. I was a fortunate one to get to come back I had to dress fashionable and be there at 1030. Well, come Monday I was there.

Monday May 16th 2005 I arrived early and was greeted with LOUD music and a huge smile from Rob. I was h*** yeah this is going to be awesome. That is when the bomb was dropped. I found out that this place was a scam. We were promised 175 to 250 the first two training modules and the wages would go up from there. I sat in this room with 18 people (yes 2 others dropped over the weekend) and listened on how we were going to go through this trainig. Today is Friday May 20th and I finally quit. I was not paid a d**n thing today nor this whole week. I was taken to areas here in the Chicago area that normal young females do not go alone. I was told to get the F*** out of offices, I ate glass for a week as Rob asked us to do. Today was the final straw when we were suppose to do this Opportunity Knocks bit and go to "territorys" (this just means the area we are going to scam people and sell them this non-retail non-imposter perfume to people.) When they went call off the list of names for who everyone was going with I was not called. I thought about it and realized that this just wasn't me.

I can not sit here and scam people of something that is a "NOT" knock-off merchandise. People this is a knock off. I am aware of what the law says about patents. But what is wrong with selling things legit. Rob is a wonderful guy. Ricki is a b****. Rob told us that in our meeting on Monday. What kind of husband says that about his wife. They are not condusive to helping out people who have familys. We are acutally told to "FORGET" about our families while we are in training. It is great that they can forget about their daughtger Riley. But, I am not like that, either is everyone else who has quit.

So to finalize this up. I worked an entire week scammed 5 people I personally know and I quit. I also received NO MONEY for anything I have done.
