Since 7-20-2018 I have contacted this company requesting a status on my two orders that were originally submitted on 7-10-2018. I have not received any communications. I have been leaving e-mails and phone voice mails on their company business contacts. They claim it usually takes only 8 business days to process orders.

Customized orders may be a few more days or so. NOTHING ...I am very unsatisfied with this company due to being my first time ordering from them for a special occasion birthday gifts. Additionally, I have been making daily check-ins on their telephone and left an additional e-mail communications. What makes me extremely angry is they pride themselves on timeliness and courtesy; I did read the reviews before I ordered.

I just failed to look here on RIPOFF REPORTS. They do have complaints dating back in 2009. Scentmatchers established its company in 2008 ... Would appreciate any communication back on the status of the orders I made or a prompt refund before I also report them to BBB. I definitely would never recommend them in the future and will let everyone know that they suck when it comes to customer satisfaction and customer service.

If they do not reply for a rebuttal ... Trust and Believe the word will be out there. It may take a while but their company will be going down; losing customers, and definitely bad mouthed all over the internet by all of the advocates on our team. This will not be done to be vicious but to be Victorious due to their bad business practices that are consumer powered. I will be checking in at RR in the next few days ... Thanks.
