I find it hard to believe any Scentura Cult Leaders because the stories and answers constantly change with you people. So then why is your colleague so scared of revealing his identity and the name of his business? In most other lines of work outside of Scentura any publicity would be welcomed with open arms. Yet you guys avoid the media tooth & nail! Why are so many of you so secretive?

IF you choose to stay brainwashed and throw your morals and business ethics out the window Scentura will make you rich Ill give you that.

But dont try saying its not a scam just because you get an office and make money. Why is it so hard for any Scentura cult leader to admit that theyre not in the most ethical business?

But what gives you the idea that every other job out there pays $10 per hour? Every Scentura Cult Leader seems to think that's the only other option out there. I started at $11.50/hour at a call center at the beginning of my career years ago and now Im a CEO and in Law School. 

You can sell cologne in a parking lot (in some cases without permits) and later manipulate people into selling cologne for you for a living if you want. But at least be honest and upfront with what youre advertising and how you're advertising it. I think that's really the only point a lot of people are trying to make on this site.

If I got your colleagues name wrong it does not change the facts. So allow me to again compare the standard practice of a normal company with that of a Scentura distributor.

                Most companies provide employees with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and Paid-Time Off upon hire. Scentura provides none.

                Most companies pay employees for every single hour they put in, plus time and a half for any hours over 40 in a week, plus bonuses for bringing in new business, plus mileage for the driving they do in the field, plus any and all business related expenses they incur on the job. Scentura pay only commission and reimburses nothing.

                Most companies advertise for sales people when looking for sales people. Scentura falsely advertises an extremely risky business opportunity as a Management or Receptionist job.

                Most companies hire people with experience in their respective fields. Scentura hires anyone off the street that can be easily brainwashed, knows nothing about the business world or is just plain greedy.

                Most companies run background checks at no charge to any prospective employees. Scentura makes everyone pay for a background check that they most likely never conduct.

                Most companies have a customer based website, an established customer base and provides all employees (even non-sales staff) with Business Cards which is standard in almost every industry these days. Scentura has none of these things.

You can sell fake perfume in parking lots with no benefits or sales permits and later run you own operation getting people to do the same thing by recruiting them through deceptive advertising and encouraging them to become alienated from their family and friends and base your entire life around Scentura. 

Or you can do it the right way by proving yourself to a company that pays you for the hours you work, offers benefits and doesn't lie to and deceive its employees. Later you can work your way up and move on to a better job at another company steadily learning new skills and going home satisfied after an honest days work.

and i was hired by scentura, trained by papa perfume himself at times, and i have my own office that I manage with people under me. I am the best rebuttal possible...someone who "fell for the scam" and magically got one of those mythical management positions. I like having my own office, its nice. I hope to give someone else the opportunity that I was given. I really like my job and what its done for me.

Sorry it took me so long to reply buddy.  And my name still isn't Jamie.  You don't even have the right region that I'm in.  But I do applaud the effort.  Are you keeping a eye on the calander buddy.  We are almost 7 months in to the Jan. 25 deadline.  Have you enjoyed the last 7 months in the unemployment line?  I've enjoyed several promotions so far this year.  And now we are coming around to the busy season.  Sept. through May is out of control for us.  It might be a while between post because I've been going from office to office with my new promotions helping them out.  So I'm not at my desk as much as I used to be. 

For anyone who reads these post do your research.  I've absolutly destroyed every BS rant that these blow-outs post.  Bottom line is it's a choice.  Do you want a opportuity or do you want to live check to check.  That's what this business is.  A opportunity.  Some will take advantage of it.  Open their own office and find freedom.  And then there will always be people working the $10/hr job and that's all they'll ever have.  You can't fit a $1,000,000 idea into a $10/hr brain. 

And sad to say I think Rio has fallen off his $10/hr train and is now in a catagory of the unemployable.  A picture is worth a million words and look at his.  I will pray for you.  All of you blow-outs.

The fact is that Scentura is been around longer then I've been alive and they'll be around after I'm gone.  Direct sales is a ticket for success for anyone who is willing to put forth a little extra effort.  Unless you plan on winning the lottery every person that ever reads these threads will be working into their 60's.  I prefer to have fun and live a above average lifestyle.  You can work for someone else and make your 20K a year I'm not intrested.  I could make 30K in the field in this business. 

And there might be some people like yourself Rio;  42 fat and ugly making 20K; that need that security of the $400 paycheck every week.  But I know there are plenty of people like my self and Mr. Chris that'll sacrifice today for a opportunity of a lifetime.  Some will take advantage of it and some won't.  Next.

Thats right JAMIE! I now know who you are! You gave yourself away by getting so defensive over Ultimate Fragrance aka Five-Star aka Paradise Enterprises and posting on the complaints board but it was Ben your local perfume guy that gave you way. That doesnt change much; youre still a complete and total BSer and Scenutras Public Relations remains a complete and total joke.

For any newcomers to this site Jamie who calls himself Papa Perfume (a ridiculous name by the way) went back and forth with me for months!! In previous threads he admitted that some branch owners place purposefully misleading classified ads, he admitted that some owners do the business the wrong way then jumped right to their defense, he called people names when they gave him honest advice on how to repair his joke of a companys reputation, he dismissed a factual court case that ruled Scentura was a Pyramid Scheme by simply refusing to believe it and he admitted that he doesnt even use his real name in interviews and presentations.

In addition Jamie has demonstrated his ignorance of the law in several instances. He said that 95% of all US cities do not require sales permits..WRONG! He said that he could have people arrested for slander/libel for typing on this site.. WRONG AGAIN!! He said people can go to jail for posting on this site. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!!

Ignorance and brainwashing aside; you can choose to stick it out with this company if you wish but first let me compare their business practices to that of a normal business. I admit my benefits package is more generous than other companies but thats because I strive to maintain a low turnover rate.

I know who you are and I very much appreciate the work you have done in elevating the consciousness of communities all over the U.S. when it comes to Scentura Creations. We have a local 'investigative guy' here in Denver named Jace Larson who has also helped exspose these people for who they are.

Keep doing what you are doing. If our only combined goal is to continue educating the masses, then we have already won the war.

   Its Amazing that after 10 years people inside the Scentura scam still try to convince the public that it is ok to lie to people about a job (no managers jobs ) then get them to illegally sell (no peddler permits) cheap knock off perfume on street corners. It still stinks .For the latest see  what we did at Investigative guy with them.

I had a friend work for this company at one point. (I am surprised they are still around). I don't think they are necessarily a rip off, but if anyone actually works for them for more than a week, that just proves the lack of mental evolution that exists in some aspiring sales people. There's several other companies that do the perfume hustle, and they are considered not a scam by the fact that they do 10-99's rather than W-2's, but what sales person is actually going to do their taxes on every perfume sold? Just another MLM deal...
