My sister recently applied and called for a job which really seemed like a dream come true she was really eagar to fing a job with two little girls at home. The position was for a managers position she was told to fax her resume and that if they were interested she would get a call and that if she did she would be very lucky; so they called her and they said just that, that she was lucky that she got called and that they really liked her resume to come on in..
So she went upon getting there she realized that something was up there was a group of girls that kept talking the same asking the same question "do you have animals?" she thought to her self what does that have to so with anything? They were actting like robots. They told her she would have to take notes and that they have to pay attention so by now she knew something was up either way went with the flow.
Then gave her THE IN'S AND THE OUT'S OF THE COMPANY CALLED SCENTURA CREATIONS AND TOLD HER WE WOULD BE IN A 5 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM FOR A BRANCH MANAGER POSITION AT OUR OWN OFFICE IN A SELECT AREA OF CHICAGO LAND. THAT THE MORE THEY SELL THE SOONER THEY GET AN OFFICE. AND THE REGIONS THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO SELL THE PERFUME REPLICAS WAS LOW INCOME " THE GHETTO " WE WOULD BE DROPPED OFF AND WED HAVE TO SELL THE PRODUCT.
OMG !!!!! MY SISTER SAID THAT THEY WERE MONETERING HER EVERY MOVE SHE DROPED HER PENCIL AND ROB FLINCHED AND SAID ARE U OKAY !!! FEEL ALRIGHT AND AFTER REALIZING THAT HE WAS BRAIN WASHING EVERYBODY HE KEPT SWEARING AND SAID IF YOU DONT LIKE THE F*** ** COLOR LANGUAGE GET THE F *** OUT , TALK ABOUT PROFESIONAL. SHE SAYS SHE WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BUT THAT THERE WAS TWO GUYS ABOUT 6'1- 6-2 ABOUT 250 # SHE DIDENT WANNA GET HURT. SHE SAID THEY WERE POWERFUL BRAINWASHERS BUT WHEN UNSUCESSFUL WITH HER HE KICKED HER AND THE GUY NEXT TO HER OUT.

IVE FILED MUTIPLE REPORTS AND HAVE TRACES OF ALL YOUR LOCATIONS AND HAVE REPORTED YOU TO THE IL STATE POLICE , ELMHURST POLICE AND FBI CHICAGO , BBB. AND LABOR BOARD AND IRS.
JUST BECAUSE YOU CHANGE YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBERS DOSENT MEAN THAT THE ISSUE WILL NEVER BE BROUGHT UP. CONGRATULATIONS YOUR OFFICIALLY UNDERPATH OF GOVERMENTAL WATCH IT WONT BE TO LONG BEFORE THEY FIGURE OUT HOW YOUR HURTTING SO MANY AMERICAN FAMILIES .... NO MORE !!!!!

The same thing happened to me about a week or two ago. At this time I am unemployed thanks to them. They promised me a management position and NEVER mentioned anything about selling perfume on the streets and parking lots. Anywhere for that matter! I cant believe that these peolpe are been allowed to do this.
I left my old job to go work with them since it seemed like a great opportunity.
I went to both interviews which both were weird a*s hell! After that I tried to research the company but couldnt find much under the name CWA (which that is the name that they gave us) I did find a rip-off report but I still went for the first day. I was hoping that it wasnt true. It was only a half day and everything that I had read was happening. That day they just wanted us to sell to our friends and family.
I did went home and tried to sell. I had gotten about 6 people to buy from me. Later I got a call from a girl named Hope that works their and she said that she wanted me to take comfortable shoes the next day. Why do I need comefortable shoes for if we are just in a room been trained and taking notes??? That right there convinced me that it was really a Scam and that they were going to send us to the streets to sell. I didnt go anymore and I sure didnt take them any money for their cheep perfumes.
This just makes me soooo mad. Im still struggling looking for another job. The only reason that I quit my old job was because of their lies. People got bills to pay and they should not be allowed to do this to people. I saw that you mentiones that you filed several reports against them. Have they told you that something can be done? I cant imagine that what they are doing is legal!! I've been meening to consult a lawyer about this to see if anything can be done to stop them for good!!
Please let me know because I want to take some action on this!!
