Investment manager/sales woman, B.J. Palm of Scepter Balance, Inc., talked me into purchasing several colonial currency pieces. It was with the understanding that after I held on to it for a couple of years, her company would help me in placing it on auction for a big profit.

Over the next several years, she called me and I purchased two framed pictures of presidents that had what she said were original signatures. I did receive the above items. It was also the understanding that after I held them for a couple of years, her company would help me in placing them on auction for a big profit.

I have held on to them for the past 3 to 4 years and now that I want to put them up for auction, the company and B.J. Palm are nowhere to be found. She contacted me many times during that 3 to 4 year period to keep me up on up coming auctions.
