After reading other posts online about SCF Marketing (formally Suxess Consulting) I thought it would important to update that this company has moved to a different office under a new name but are playing the same scam. They work with TNI Network based out of Peachland British Columbia as a 3rd party marketing company that helps to insulate TNI from legal woes regarding the questionable fundraising practice they employ on behalf of various Non-profits. In Canada: Save the Children, World Vision, Sick Kids Hospital (Toronto), Red Cross, and Plan Canada. In the US: Children International.
Using questionable practices this company advertises they are looking to hire people in a number of different fields and attempt to be as creative as possible to simply lure people in. Promises of $800-$1000 a week. Inside sales positions, administrative, and often call themselves a marketing firm. The reality is that this all of the companies under the TNI umbrella are in fact door to door companies. TNI has setup agreements with various non-profits to exchange up to a year of an individual donors monthly donations to pay out to third party door to door companies that often have questionable and even criminal people at the top with little accountability.
At the level of an average employee that does decide to take a position the success rate is very low and eventually when they are unable to meet the production necessary to keep the payout to the right level from the non-profit they will be terminated. In the case of SCF Marketing this could result in them keeping your check or sending it back to head office to take an additional three weeks, simply as a petty payback of some kind.
I encourage anyway that has been lied to or ripped by this company to step forward and add to the already growing lists of complaints for this company (SCF Marketing) hiding behind a company (TNI aka The Network INC).

I am an ex-employee of Suxess or now known as SCF I suppose. Firstly, I'm not at all surprised they moved locations and changed names, probably to avoid criminal prosecution of some sort.
Secondly, the response from this employee sounds very typical of something the "leaders" would say, defend the company at all costs and the constant use of sports references. Never actually supplying any USEFUL information to battle the initial complaint.
Also "...many avenues of exposure for our clients. Residential canvassing, business to business, high traffic areas, mall settings and kiosks to name a few..." is COMPLETE bullshit. I worked for the company for 9 months and was told in my interview how the winter months were spent doing business to business or mall kiosks....NOPE.
The winter months are spent the same as the summer months, door to door canvassing with an overwhelming expectancy to get sales and having to be outdoors all day. In the entire time I was there we never spent one day doing anything aside from door to door canvassing, and the one time we took it upon ourselves to go into a mall because the weather was unbearable we were kicked out swiftly.
There is no marketing or consulting involved, it's just door to door canvassing for the likes of Sick Kids Hospital or World Vision, and if you don't perform on an extremely consistent basis you will find yourself without a job very quickly.

It is unfortunate that there seems to be a bad taste in your mouth about SCF Marketing, that you would take the time to fill such a discrediting report. I failed to find the "lies" or "scam" that you speak about in your report. All employees are paid weekly,deduct their taxes and are well compensated for there performance. There are many companies like ours that demand that their sales rep's hit targets. Sports figures that under perform are sold,traded or sent to the farm team. Yes we are a direct marketing company that provide many avenues of exposure for our clients. Residential canvassing, business to business, high traffic areas, mall settings and kiosks to name a few. Seeing that you named reputable charities that have hired us further extends my point that we are an integral company.
Your statement "questionable and even criminal people at the top with little accountability" is false. All employees fill out a criminal record check and must to be employed. Employees here are encouraged to be successful and training is provided to them.
It sounds to me by all your so called knowledge about SCF, that you use to work with us and are trying to discredit and destroy us via internet. I wish you much success whom ever you are and hope that you find a field that is better suited for you. You can try anything from cooking to teaching kids English abroad because our niece is apparently not for you.
