Complaint Review: schaeffers investment research

 Schaeffer's Research kept soliciting us to buy thier research information. We talked to  "Smooth talking Walt" who smooth talked us into puchasing  "The Goods".  Smooth talking "Salesman Walt" kept repeating how good the information service we were buying was in the past.

We were losing money with this proprietary information that our salesman, "Smooth talking Walt" sold us. So we called him to complain to him and get a REFUND. He responded that Schaeffer's Research not set up to refund money. "Just having a bad spell, hang in there, things will change". So we told him he treated us unfairly and Do Not call us /contact us again in the future. We just let the unwanted research subscription run out....wasting our money.

Then we receive a another call from salesman "Smooth talking WALT"-told him, (very short conversation) again NOT to call-that he was a .....!   Few weeks later Credit Card charges totalling $995.00 from Scheaffer's Research was charged to our account. Walt insists that Schaeffer's Research does not refund any money .^&*.  

 F'ing  smooth talking swindler= Salesman WALT.
