Hired Shafer Bros. to move my keyboard console. The movers arrived six hours late without phoning anyone to let us know. Waiting for delivery a second day with no replies to my phone messages, I finally got the manager on the phone. "Gary," a green-sounding manager in dire need of anger management, accused me of lying and attempted to change the terms of the agreement. The keyboard finally made it across town after two days and several unnecessary confrontations with the rudest company representative I have ever encountered.
I cannot recommend Shafer Bros. after such unconscionable treatment.
