Mr. Richard Schickling & Peter Schickling (brothers), are on the Escrow papers.

At the end of April of 2009 I bought my 1st and current office building and property (38 E. Grant Road Tucson, AZ 85715) form Richard Schickling & Peter Schickling (I learned neither are lic Realtors) and make payments to: Kristen Musgrove Title Security Agency (520) 618-7419 - direct phone (520) 901-1914 - direct fax

Peter was who I dealt with. During inspections and 2 meetings and asking about disclosures, he never mentioned that Grant Road would be expanding and that the City would be taking my property. A week after the purchase I emailed him. He never responded to my email. After contacting him by phone and confronting him, he simply replied "due diligence" and hung up.

I have worked hard for this property to loose it or half of what I paid, $200,000., $40,000. down and $1800. per month since 5/1/09. I have never been late with payments.

I did not use a realtor. Peter Schickling told me he was into Real Estate and it would be simple, I trusted him to do the right thing. I goofed. I did not do my due diligence. As a matter of fact (I'm ashamed to say) when he told me Due Diligence and hung up on me, I had to look it up.
