Schneider National Carriers distroy a life in one easy step spanishfork, Utah
schneider nat. sent me to do a UA,upon doing the first one i was told it wasent at normal body temp,and told to leave.the next morning i was sent to do anouther one and i would be watched doing it,after being watched doing it they again said it wasent at normal body temp,and had my temp,taken by a nurse,she reported i had a high temp,and she was told to take the temp of the UA witch was cold by that time and that UA was refused,and at that point i was fired.even after being watched doing a UA they wouldent take it ,now with schneider reporting i violated a company drug policy i cant get a job any where larry,denver,colo

Larry I understand your frustration. While working for Schneider I was subjected to about 8 random drugs screens in a matter of about six months. I never had a problem with the results of my random drug screens, but Schneider was simply acting off what the clinics reported to them and when they see two drug screens failed that is what was reported and they had to act on it.
Personally I would seek justice against the clinics that tested you not against Schneider. This is just my two cents.
