I have read all the reports about Schneider National Carriers, and I am ashamed to say that I too fell for their sales pitch. They trained us both as a husband and wife team. They even passed her when she couldn't even back a trailer. But we were assured by our instructor the company wouldn't fail a team and they didn't. They did promise us 6000 miles a week as an average Which equates to 99.000 per year. I am sorry to say for 11 months and 2 weeks we made 24,000 dollars. Mcdonalls pays better. Since we were two weeks shy of the one year contract they want 8,000 for our training. Well they can have it when we get the 75,000 were promised. I now know why instructors won't turn on their cb radios they know other drivers would warn their potiental victims.
Beware this company. Maybe someday I will get the time to create a real so people can get together for a class action suit.

Can you please elaborate a bit more on your situation?  I'm a little confused as to how a team would make only $24,000 in a year--I made over twice that as a solo in my very first rookie year with SN ($50,500).  Where you injured?  Also, how did this come to an end--did you two quit, or where you terminated?  Were there accidents during this time, or did you violate company policy that led to termination (U-turn, drugs/alcohol, tickets, etc)?  I'd like to know more about your case, because even if you didn't have loads (which seems bizarre for a team), you should have made more collecting layover.  What else is going on here?  Thanks!
