Somehow this company found out that I have a child and they have been calling me to get me to recieve some free books and a backpack but there would be one book I would have to pay for if I didn't return it within 10 days of recieving my shipment. I would get the books and the backpack in and return the book I would have to pay for with a note and sometimes a letter telling the company I wish to never recieve their products again.

I have been recieving consistant phone calls at least once every couple of months with someone trying to get me to take the free shipment of books again with the exception of the one book you would have to return again.

Well this went on for a while and I fianally started telling these people I didn't want anything but they kept on insisting so I got so tired of saying no that I said yes but I refused to receive the package and had it sent back to the company with refused written on top of the package.

Today I received a bill in the mail for some books that I never even recieved to send back. Actually I was never even called by the company to ask if I even wanted them to send me anything.


They just take it upon themselves to just send me stuff and automatically bill me. Since I have never paid for anything I recieved I have only opted to keep the free stuff they have no way to automatically deduct my account but I still have trouble with them sending me bills for stuff I never received nor did I ask for. Stay away from this company the free stuff isn't worth the hassle.

My child loves to read and from now on I plan to do it the old fashioned way and buy my books. No more freebees for us.

I am Samantha Perez's mother and I am writing to tell you guys that I have never gotten any books from you and I am getting billed for something I don't have or recieved so please get your story straight and don't be billing me for stuff you say you have sent me if you want my business lets start off with you really sending me the products
