2 months after they received check are now resending the same products

A phone solicitor assured me that if my grandsons did not tlike the Wild Life Cards I could stop after one month. They did not care for them, but when I called to cancel they told me I had misunderstood and that I would have to take a minimum of 3 months.

I did that and sent them a check in Sept of 2002 for the full payment and a notice to stop the membership. Each month for the next two months I received letters adding late charges to that total, and more cards. I realized their billing was never going to catch up in November, so I called. The customer Service rep checked my billing records and I finally received an account statement which read that the account balance was zero and that future shipments were canceled as of 12/12/02.

Then in January I received a package containing the cardboard box for the cards and a package of cards and a notice that I was late in paying for my order. I had never solicited this material and why would I want a second set of the same cards when the boys hadn't even wanted the first set.

I am hoping that it is a matter of poor coordination of systems. Shipping never seems to get any messages from customer services. I sent one shipment back and didn't receive confirmation for 2 months.

This has been such a terrible experience that I am canceling the boys membership to the s****.> Amelia
