Scholastic Reading Club Scholastic.com No online payments, poor customer service Nationwide
I have been ordering from Scholastic for many years. This past spring I went to my account online to pay off my account ($20) and it was blocked! I Emailed their customer service several times and no one responded. I was finally able to respond to an Email about my bill and someone wrote back! I asked why I was not able to pay online and they told me I could only pay by mail or over the phone. I tried to pay over the phone but was on hold for a long time to get an agent. I do not mail payments. I do online pay or Billpay. I keep better records that way. Since then I have been receiving collection notices. I am DONE with Scholastic.
