On Sunday, 3/22/15 we had a major kitchen plumbing problem and the use of our kitchen was pretty much shut down.  We could not use the faucet, dishwasher or disposal because of a major block in the lines.  We had already checked the p-trap under the sink and also ran a snake about 25 feet into the line.  No success so we had to call a plumber. Unfortunately, I checked the internet and saw Schuelke Plumbing's internet ad with a $64.00 drain clearing promotion that ran through March 2015.  Big mistake.  I wish I would have checked out the on-line complaints against this company.  We had an appointment set for between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2015.  

When no one showed or bothered to call, we called Schuelke Plumbing.  Unfortunately, all you get is an answering service. The answering service said someone would call us back shortly.  Joke.  No one called.   We called again and got the same answer.  Finally, I called and spoke to the answering service and said I would be on the internet the next day as the company's service was horrible.  I apologized to the answering service person saying that it was not her fault because I was angry.  Schuelke Plumbing customer service is deplorable.  Someone eventually called around 7:00 p.m. saying that there was  "a plumbing emergency" like we believed that.

If another call was taking longer, don't you think that yahoo plumber could have called and said he could not make it and we would be the first call the next day.  Ya think???  Don't bother with this company. Schuelke Plumbing is a joke.  I read another Ripoff report online and their response.  Schuelke Plumbing just wants to blame another person for their lack of customer service.  I am sure that person was just as upset as we were.  The more people who report issues like these, the sooner these people will be out of business.
