He is narcissistic and he will take advantage of you.  Surprisingly, he graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned his B.A. degree in 1977 and graduated fromPace University School of Law in 1980 and started practicing law on his own.  Mr. Schwartzapfel partnered with Debra Truhowsky  (she worked with him for 18 years as his partner and he screwed her over royally) – the two of them created “Schwartzapfel Truhowsky, P.C.” on October 4, 1993.

She ran the firm and the entire operations but this scumbag fired her and claimed it was because she was incompetent. Really? He let someone incompetent remain his partner for 18 years. I guess if you screw your partners like he does you need to live in a secluded mansion like this:

In August 1996 the firm changed its name to Schwartzapfel, Novick & Truhowsky, P.C. after making Don Novick a partner. Howeever, Don Novick was fired a few years later.

Robert Marcus represented Steven Schwartzapfel’s first wife in their divorce. The firm changed their name to Schwartzapfel, Novick, Truhowsky & Marcus, P.C. after Steven recruited Marcus to come and work with him as a partner. The partnership ended and Marcus was fired. Steven claimed he was not a go getter, he was lazy, useless and it was time for him to go.

In March 2007 the firm changed it’s name to Schwartzapfel, Truhowsky, Marcus Sachs. Brian Sachs was terminated shortly thereafter for being “incompetent”. However, Sachs graduated from Boston University with honors and received his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami, again receiving honors. He graduated from the prestigious Fordham University in 1996 with a Juris Doctor degree. How could someone with these credentials be incompetent?
