SCI*STAMPS.COM Billed my credit card with out my knowledge, never ordered anything through them California
I have no idea who these people are and never ordered anything through them, but on my Chase credit card bill, there is a charge for $15.99.
If they do this to thousands of people and no one stops them, look at all the money they have gotten fradulantly
