Complaint Review: SCI-STAMPS.COM

I read the complaints on this site after discovering 13 months of charges at $15.99 a pop. I called and spoke to a supervisor (Anthony) who explained the way the system is set-up. I am happy to say that I could not ask for better customer service. We must remember to read internet agreements folks! This is a valuable service. Service being the key word. If you are not going to use the online stamp printing this may not be for you. Remember that we all signed an agreement and the services I missed out on were made more than right for me. It is easy to complain without understanding the business relationships we engage in online. The company has treated me in a first-class manner and will maintain my business.
