Ryan Shanks has been placing orders with me for tools and supplies for several years. On April 29th 2015 he ordered $597.20 worth of tools from me and for some reason he cancelled the payment shortly after and he refuses to answer the phone or communicate with us in any way to figure out a solution. He has almost $600 of my products and didnt pay for them. I am payed on a commision basis and now i am paying for the shipping, re-stocking, and have to pay back my comm.
