Complaint Review: Scmfashion - Chia Liu

Chia Liu and scmfashion (Seller) sold me an "Armani" suit through ebay on April 18, 2005. I sent full payment on April 19. By May 8, I had not received the suit, and contacted the Seller by email. He or she claimed that the suit was in the mail. By May 13, the suit still had not arrived. I contacted seller again through email. Seller responded that he had been in a car accident recently, and was unable to send the suit. At this point, I knew Seller had been lying, because Seller had previously stated that the suit was in the mail. Obviously, the Seller couldn't keep track of his lies. I sent another email demanding my money back. Finally, I received the suit on May 18. It is a complete fake; a cheap Asian knockoff. The material is cheap, and even the labels are obviously fake. I sent another email demanding my money back, but Seller refuses. Beware scmfashion on ebay. He's a crook.
