I ordered clothes order split in two first half pants clearly used ripped crotch, second half order two pairs pants 2 sizes too big bigger than ordered and failed to ship most expensive item a tactical jacket Offered discount on next order in 5% incriments day after day never offering to replace or refund only for me to keep give away as a gift get 5-10-15% off next order.

Would not address missing jacket at all they said return shipping too expensive. After I filed dispute with PayPal theydrug it out for over a month and I missed any chance stopping payment through credit card. They then demanded I pay return shipping to China and PayPal demand I sent it all back or they would deny my dispute and no refund of any kind.





I packaged it all up and called for shipping quote every courier and Canada post charged $125 and up the total refund would have been $127 USD so cost nearly as much as the refund I told PayPal this several times provided screen shots of quotes PayPal said they were waiting for seller response then looking into it the next email stated that because I did not supply a tracking number my claim was denied end of case.

Shipping to Canada from China was under $5 shipping to China from Canada over $100 so I'm out $170cdn with defective and over sized items
