Scooter Depot Sunny Sports Inc. (Ammy General Manager) Paid $2300.00 for a scooter they didn't have and didn't send and will not refund my money. Irwindale California
On 19 June 2008 the amount of $2300.00 was electronicly deposited to the account of sunny sports inc. I waited 1 week and found out the scooter was not shipped out, I found out they didn't have one. I requested for them to refund my money back and they said they would. I have called for least 4 times a week for the past month and all I get is a bunch of Lies. This company should not be allowed to sell anything to the public. This company is a scam and I will do anything in my power to see that the General Manger goes to jail. I have contacted the FBI, Attorney General, Internet Crimes, State of Cal.
I wish I had read the reports that have been filed againts them before I ordered a scooter from sunny sports. I plan to go to California and obtain a warrent for the General Manager for Interstate Fraud, this is a felony, I hope this company goes out of business and is not allowed to do business with the public. I have talked to about seven people and they all give first names and different story's. One of your reports said they leave you on hold' that was a true statement. I hope this report will help others from being ripped off.
