Complaint Review: scooter land

scooter land rip me off $1.600 dollars on a 2013 scooter ? Joe Faris is the owner of the scooter shop? he has a foul mouth with customers and does not know how to conduct buisness, he treats his customers like garbage, hed has no warranty what so ever on slaes of a scooter he does not fix your broken scooter right ; his so called mechanics are holmeless people that dont have any type of mechanic certification skills. when he hardley ever has time to mechan ic your scooter ikt comes out worse then what it was when you brought it in for service" joe faris and his asistant x wife are both very rude and disrespectfull to customer satisfactions , san jose California

bad service, bad attitude, no cirtificated machanician to be able to fix the problem of scooter, my scooter can't  ride right since i purchased there. so it stopped in my garage like useless stuff,   they treat customers like garbage, no receipt to customers after they got money from customers, threatented customers. the owner's ex-wife even took my scooter key away.
