Scooters to Go Jerry Won't stand behind his products grand rapids, Michigan
I bought a scooter/moped from these guys in april. I had a rear wheel that wobbled when I rode the machine. I thought maybe I did something wrong. But come to find out, the 12" aluminum rim sold on the scooter I purchased (Tao Tao) has has some major problems, and is well known to have this problem.
Well, when I wanted to get if fixed by these guys, they CHARGED me to do to. Other dealers are doing the right thing and fixing them at no cost. I mean really?
The strange thing is other dealers are actually 'recalling' their mopeds and fixing them. These guys at Scooter to rip you off. I mean Scooters to Go are STILL denighing there is a problem, even after some guy found a brand new owner, who had just bought his scooter from Scooters to Go, and it HAD THE SAME WHEEL PROBLEM!!! To this day, Jerry and his gang of followers, wont admit there is a problem.
DO NOT BUY A TAO TAO SCOOTER FROM THESE GUYS. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
I guess for that matter, stay clear of them all gogether. There are plunty of other dealers in the greater Grand Rapids Area who actually care enough to sell scooters, and stand behind them.
