I purchased a scooter online from Scooter Selections as a Christmas gift. First, the payment was taken out of my account, put back in 6 hours later and debited out agian within a few hours causing my bank account to become overdrawn. This happened twice.

After finally receiving the product 10 days after the date of purchase, which delivery was promised to be within 5-7 days, after the second time of riding it, the entire starter pulled off of the bike. This was on December 27th.

I immediately called to order replacement parts. After being shuffled around and put on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes, I finally spoke to a person. I ordered my parts, recieved my confirmation via email and waited patiently for my parts.

Here it is January 18th and still no parts. I have been told on several occasions that they have shipped but they didn't have a tracking number at that time and they would email me with it, never happened. I was also told the last time I called in that the parts I ordered were on backorder.

This was done January 14th and I have yet to get intouch with anyone to give me any information. Do not purchase anything from this company!
