Complaint Review: Scope Group Inc.

I received this email online, and when I typed in the name on ripoffreport.com, I noticed it looked strikingly similar to the report filed about Scope Group, Inc; down to the wording(I have removed my name).

My name is Christine Garreth and I represent Prospera Group Inc. Our HR Department have looked through your resume and I'm glad to inform you that your skills completely meet our requirements.

Our company is a world-famous one. We offer financial services, i.e. escrow services for buyers and sellers. Prospera Group deals with stocks, business sales at closed commercial auctions (the number of buyers is limited) and world-wide online auctions, such as ebay.com, amazon.com, yahoo.com.

This is a part-time vacancy with a flexible schedule.
Working hours: 2-3 hours a day, Monday through Friday is enough.

It's possible to work from home and communicate via INTERNET & phone.
Job requires internet access and e-mail.
No need to pay for enrollment! All expenses are covered by Prospera Group . We offer a probationary period (30 days) for employees whose application forms are approved. During this time you'll be getting all necessary instructions and training from our online support.

After the first 20 days we evaluate whether the employee is ready to work or not. A supervisor can exercise his/her right to recommend termination after the probationary period.

The monthly salary for the first 30 days is $2300 + 8%commission for every completed transaction. Working with a number of permanent customers your real salary can be raised up to $4500/month. After the trial period your monthly wage will be $3000 plus 8% commission.

This appears to be a legitimate group but if you read the Scope Group email as well as this one, you will notice the similarities. I never went further than this stage so I can't confirm if they try to get your bank info., but as I did not want to waste my time, I assumed they would. Always remember to be careful when responding to any emails not directly solicited by yourself.
